The nose is aromatic, relatively powerful and offers fine freshness. It reveals fine notes of caramel, Zante currants and fine notes of dried cherries associated with a hint of dried lemon as well as discreet notes of spices (cinnamon …) and a discreet hint of mocha. The palate is fruity, suave, fat, relatively gourmand, well-balanced and offers fat and a fine freshness. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of creme brulée, raisin and dried cherry associated with slight notes of plum / strawberry jam, discreet notes of quenette, a hint of exotic fruits as well as slight notes of caramelized oak and a discreet touch of vanilla. Good length.
