The nose is fine, relatively powerful and relatively incisive. It reveals notes of cooked brown sugar, fine notes of dried lemon zest and fine notes of cherry associated with discreet notes of caramelized, a hint of Bourbon vanilla as well as a discreet hint of pepper and a discreet note of flowers. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, sleek / soft, nicely fleshy and offers a fine freshness as well as a good and silky matter. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of raisin, plum, slight notes of quenette and discreet notes of lychee associated with slight notes of white fruit (pear), caramel, pâtisserie / brioche as well as discreet notes of sugar cane, oak and tobacco. Good length.
