The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, fruity and tangy. It expresses notes of gooseberries, green apple, lime, lemon zest, boxwood (in the background), as well as a floral (apple blossom, honeysuckle) and mineral notes (limestone, as well as a slightly smoky flint touch). On the palate, the wine is fleshy, round, straight. It offers a ripe and concentrated fruity substance: we find the flavors of stone fruits (yellow peach, tangy apricot), fresh citrus fruits (lemon, a hint of orange), a touch of candied lemon, as well as a smoky note of gunflint on the finish, combined with a floral hint of acacia. Good length, with an aromatic and fleshy finish, refreshed by citrus notes, a slight grapefruit bitterness and lively acidity.
