The nose offers a certain concentration/ richness and toast. There are notes of toasted and small notes of fresh violet associated with touches of pulpy cherry, violet plum and toasted hazelnut and a discreet hint of Madagascar pepper. The mouth is beautifully fresh, mineral and offers juiciness, tension, a good definition and certain freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, juicy/ pulpy purple plum and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of vanilla and toast. Beautiful freshness and minerality. Toasted still quite present.
