The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic and offers a certain concentration. It expresses notes of lemon juice, lime peel, green apple, Williams pear and slightly sweet notes of apple blossom. On the palate, the wine expresses tangy notes on the attack (yellow lemon: zest and juice, green apple), which combine in the mid-palate with sweeter notes of crisp apricot and white peach and apple blossom. The finish is medium long, on the fruit and with a light refreshing bitterness. A fruity wine, which offers roundness and a nice acidity.
