The nose offers power. It reveals notes of blackberry, black plum and small notes of red fruits associated with small touches of gray pepper, tonka bean, cardamom, spices and a very discreet hint of grove. The wine needs to be put in carafe. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, structured and offers juiciness, straightness and a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, plum and small notes of raspberry / cherry associated with discreet touches of red berries, flowers and spices. Tannins are slightly firm. Good length. The finish / persistence is a bit tight. There are discreet hints of cocoa on the finish / persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of almond on the aftertaste.
