The nose is aromatic and offers elegance, gourmandise and complexity. It reveals notes of vine peach and apple blossom associated with small notes of cooked Granny Smith apple, pear as well as a hint of cinnamon and oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-structured and offers a good definition, a beautiful structure, precision and a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cooked red apple, pear and small notes of crushed / ripe vine peach associated with touches of Granny Smith apple, flowers and hints of caramelization / pâtisseries. Good length.
