The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers generosity / gourmandise. It reveals notes of cooked apple and small notes of Williams pear associated with touches of apple blossom, vanilla, cooked peach as well as small hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, roundness, fat, unctuosity, a good structure, a fine juiciness, a small aerial side as well as delicacy. On the palate this Calvados expresses notes of hot apple, pear compote and smalll notes of quince associated with small touches of peach, vanilla and toasted / sweet spices. Good length.
