The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of rose, violet and minerality associated with small notes of blackberry as well as hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers fat, tension, juiciness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, rose and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of potpourri, Santal wood, ripe raspberry as well as hints of liquorice and discreet hints of toasted. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and good persistence.
