Château Vrai Canon Bouché 2019 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, juicy blue berry fruits and slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of liquorice, lily as well as hints of fresh flowers, bergamot and a toasted hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, roundness, a little smoothness, tension, sapidity as well as a nice racy minerality. This wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, cassis and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of crushed blue berry fruits, caramelization, licorice and a hint of vanilla.
