The nose is fruity, juicy, fresh, racy and structured. It reveals notes of crushed ripe cassis, Boysen berry and small notes of fleshy black fruits associated with a hint of juicy violet, fine hints of cornflower as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper, spices and an imperceptible hint of sugared mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition as well as precision, freshness and an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of red fruits associated with a touch of juicy plum as well as very fine hints of chocolate, caramelization and a hint of crushed almond. Tannins are elegant and structured. Good persistence. Beautiful finish.
