Château Volcelest 2018 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is aromatic, elegant, fruity, fresh, crunchy and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of elderflower, crushed nectarine and small notes of juicy pear associated with very discreet hints of citrus and exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, precision as well as a fine tension and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy/ripe Williams pear and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with a hint of pink litchee/exotic fruits and a subtle hint of zests (in the background). Good length.
