The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy / fresh frame, delicacy, richness in mastery / delicacy, gourmandize, roundness as well as a very fine unctuosity. Richness in finesse and mastery. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberry, pulpy blackcurrant, crushed strawberry and more slightly cornflowers associated with touches of caramelization, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of racy minerality, sweet blond tobacco and a hint of cardamom. Tannins are elegant. Pretty freshness and gourmandize. Good length. A subtle sapidity on the finish. Presence of a hint of chocolate on the persistence.
