Château Vieux Robin 2021 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

Château Vieux Robin 2021 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fruity and offers a certain elegance, good definition and precision. There are notes of liquorice, cherry and, more slightly, blackcurrant, combined with delicate touches of crushed raspberry, as well as subtle hints of black tea, liquorice, vanilla bean and toasted hazelnut. The palate is focused and shows a juicy/mineral frame, precision, roundness, volume, fine unctuousness, concentration in its fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackcurrant, liquorice, crushed dark berries and, more slightly, pulpy raspberry, combined with hints of cardamom, black tea, fine vanilla and toasted hazelnut. The tannins are racy.
