It reveals notes of ripe/juicy raspberry, ripe / juicy blackberry and a touch of violet combined with slight touches of cassis, licorice as well as discreet hints of cocoa and a subtle hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension as well as an acidulous / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with a hint of blueberry, violet, licorice as well as very slight hints of cardamom, cocoa, toasted bread and a subtle hint of coffee. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
