Château Viella 2017 – Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a slight intensity / power as well as a small incisive side. It reveals notes of quince, tangerine zest and small notes of ripe lemon, mirabelle plum associated with slight touches of crunchy peaches, flowers / rose as well as a very discreet hint of apple, beeswax and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a good freshness, minerality, precision, roundness, a slight fat, a slight tension as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy / ripe tangerine and small notes of fleshy / juicy peaches, lychee / quenette associated with slight touches of beeswax, mirabelle plum, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of flowers. Good length. A fruity, juicy, gourmand and easy drinking wine.
