(Organic) The wine shows a pale yellow green colour with a silver tinge. The nose is smoky and reductive initially, with aeration revealing notes of fresh cut grass, nuances of gunpowder and limes, a touch of nettle and green peas. The palate is round and creamy, offering nice fluidity and balance. The refreshing acidity works perfectly with fruitiness of orchard and tropical fruits and delicate salinity. Long, salty finish.
