This rosé has a pale color on the apricot. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic and seductive. We smell notes of fruits like grapefruit but also passion fruit. Very fresh, it releases small notes of lemon zest and mint. Nice nose. The taste is fresh with lots of fruits such as citrus fruits (lemon zest, grapefruit, mandarin) but also pineapple and passion fruit. The mid-palate has a nice acidity. The whole is refreshing, dynamic. There is a slight flinty note that appears at the end of the mid-palate with a very discreet fizz. The finish is light on apricot, persistent even if subtle.
