The nose is fruity and offers a pulpy fruit, a fine grain as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of bright cassis, small blue fruits, small notes of violet associated with touches of toasted, vanilla as well as fine hints of violet, discreet hints of camphor, chocolate and a subtle hint of Madagascar pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, precision, an acidulous frame, a fine straighthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet, creamy cassis, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of lily, black chocolate as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg and discreet hints of toasted almond. Tannins are precise and finely soft. Good length. A beautiful hint of bitter of the cocoa in the finish/persistence.
