Château Trotanoy 2018 – Pomerol

The nose is elegant, aromatic and beautifully built. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh cassis,cornflower and small notes of ripe/fresh wild blackberry associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, touches of lilac, fresh violet as well as hints of racy minerality and fine hints of toasted almond, a subtle hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of toasted/nutmeg. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful elegant/fine/finely creamy material, tension, gourmandize, fullness,a beautiful minerality, a small pulpy side as well as a beautiful precision, delicacy and finesse of the grain.
