Château Trimoulet 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose offers a certain power, a fine concentration and a racy and frank grain. It expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, pulpy blackberry and more slightly – fleshy strawberry associated with notes of violet, pulpy blackcurrant as well as hints of star anise and a subtle hint of camphor. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh/acidic frame, good definition, accuracy, smoothness and a little fattiness, roundness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and more slightly – violet, associated with touches of plum blossom, small roasted fruits as well as hints of cardamom, vanilla and toasted notes. The tannins are supple, soft and gourmand.
