On the nose, it is fruity offering a certain gourmandize, the power, a certain tension as well as tight grain. It reveals the notes wild blackberry, wild strawberry and more lightly of small wild strawberries combined with hints of violet, cuben pepper as well as hints of spice, a discreet hint of fresh nutmeg and an imperceptible touch of cinnamon. On the mouth it is fruity and offers juiciness, compactness/density (but freshness/balance), suavity, fat, roundness and a good balance and airiness. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, crushed raspberry and more lightly black cassis combined with a touch of pulpy purple plum as well as hints of violet, cherry blossom, saffron and fine hints of dark chocolate/licorice. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely mellow. A little chew on the finish.
