The nose is precise, refined and juicy. It expresses notes of fresh blackberry, black plum, sour cherry jam, wild strawberry, red cherry, associated with notes of fresh mint, grilled black pepper, licorice, cloves, as well as with delicate floral touches of violet and faded rose. On the palate, the wine is supple and balanced. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, fresh morello cherry, black plum, wild strawberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by notes of wild mint, clove, licorice and cocoa. Very nice acidity which balances the dry tannic side of the wine. Good length, an enveloping and juicy side on the finish. Nice balance overall.
