Château Tournefeuille 2019 – Lalande-de-Pomerol 

The nose offers concentration, a small power, a fine grain and a peperry side. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry, small noes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of grey pepper, black pepper, cornflower as well as hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, gourmandize as well as juiciness and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry, small notes of juicy blueberry associated with touches of small pulpy/juicy berries, cornflower, nutmet, cardamom as well as hints of toasted almond, toasted/grilled oak and mocha. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A persistence on notes of cocoa/caramelization.
