The wine has a very pale, shiny and limpid color, which draws on the melon. The first nose is aromatic, mineral, iodized. We perceive notes of small crushed red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry. After aeration, the second nose is charming. We feel citrus notes like lemon zest appear with a little sage side and a hint of guava. The whole is fresh and tangy with flower scents. The tasting is fresh, sensitive with aromas of yellow peach, apricot but also pineapple. There is an imperceptible bitter note which makes the tasting more complex. The mid-palate is straightforward, mineral. The end of the mouth is delicate on the flowers. Nice achievement.
