The nose offers a beautiful maturity. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe cassis and hints of blueberry, ripe/crushed redcurrant associated with a hint of raspberry, slight notes of toasted oak, caramelization as well as discreet hints of chocolate and a very discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a very beautiful definition, elegance, a beautiful freshness, unctuosity, a nice gourmandise as well as a beautiful tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fresh/ripe cassis and a hint of fresh/ripe raspberry associated with a discreet hint of strawberry, plum and a hint of licorice. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Beautiful gourmand and suave persistence. There is a slight hint of hazelnut on the persistence.
