Château Tour du Pas Saint-Georges 2022 – Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion

The nose offers a certain gourmandise, a fine and airy grain, a fine stretched side, a fine spicy side. It expresses notes of luscious boysenberry, luscious raspberry and more slightly of bright bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of violet as well as hints of nutmeg and toasted almond. The palate is fruity, and offers minerality, juiciness, a tangy frame, energy, a certain purity, gourmandise, notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and more slightly – pulpy blueberry, associated with touches of bright raspberry as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco and sweet spices. Soft and silky.
