Château Tour de Capet 2021 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Tour de Capet 2021 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, revealing deliciousness, fine richness and a nice fine, relatively powerful grain. There are notes of boysenberry, fleshy/juicy red berries and more lightly blueberry combined with fine touches of grey pepper and a discreet hint of grove/spice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize and a fine pulpiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, fleshy/juicy cherry and, more slightly, violet, combined with fine touches of blackcurrant, as well as a fine point of plum, fresh nutmeg and a discreet touch of pepper. A fine hint of salinity in the background. Good length.
