Château Tour Bayard 2020 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

Château Tour Bayard 2020 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose is spicy and offers some power, intensity and a precise and frank grain. At present the wine is best decanted. There are notes of wild blackberry, cardamom and, more slightly, camphor, combined with hints of roasted black berries, cloves and a subtle hint of violet and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers accuracy, minerality, good definition and tension. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, violet and more slightly roasted red berry notes with a touch of crushed black berry, zan and hints of chocolate, vanilla and a fine touch of sweet tobacco.
