Château Teyssier 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is aromatic and offers a powerful, fine and coating grain as well as a certain mineral richness. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, crushed purple plum and more slightly – ripe/fleshy strawberry associated with touches of vanilla, cornflower as well as fine hints of toast. The palate is nicely mineral and offers freshness, tension, accuracy, a fresh structure and good definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – pulpy/fresh violet plum, associated with touches of tonka bean/cardamom, cocoa as well as powdery hints. Nice freshness and minerality, a camphor side on the palate.
