The nose is fine, aromatic and racy. It reveals notes of roasting oak, mocha and slight notes of black cherry, blackberry associated with hints of crushed cassis as well as hints of violet, blueberry, spices and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh and offers a beautiful minerality, an acid frame as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and crushed cassis associated with slight notes of black cherry, raspberry as well as touch of grilled oak, mocha, cardamom and a hint of tea. Tannins are a bit dry. Good length and persistence.
