The nose is slightly tight and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and more slightly Sichuan pepper associated with fine touches of fresh raspberry, juicy cassis, hints of violet, toasted and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, minerality as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy raspberry and more slightly ripe/juicy red berries associated with fine touches of zan, cardamom, a hint of tea as well as touches of coffee, spices and vanilla on the finish/persistence.
