The nose is elegant and offers complexity as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh yellow apple, juicy lemonand small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of quince, anis, a racy minerality as well as discreet hints of orange zests, bee wax, sweet spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a small richness (full of finesse/control), finesse and a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy kumquatand small notes of crushed brugnon associated with touches of spices, lemon as well as hints of bee wax, sweet spices, toasted and a subtle hint of hazelnut butter (in the background). Good length. A very discreet hint of anis/eucalyptus in the finish/persistence.
