Château Talbot – Caillou Blanc 2018 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful aromatic precision. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, juicy vine peach and small notes of fresh zests associated with fine touches of yellow fruits, a discreet hint of pear as well as very discreet hints of flowers (in the background), acacia and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame, fat, tension, unctuosity, a beautiful precision a well as a fine aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy pple, ripe/fleshy lemon and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of zest as well as discreet hints of crushed small yellow fruits/crushed mirabelle, flowers, a discreet hint of acacia and a subtle hint of fresh apricot.
