The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame, fat, tension, unctuosity, a beautiful precision a well as a fine aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy pple, ripe/fleshy lemon and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of zest as well as discreet hints of crushed small yellow fruits/crushed mirabelle, flowers, a discreet hint of acacia and a subtle hint of fresh apricot.
