The nose is racy, elegant, a bit tight, harmonious and offers concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of fresh red fruits, Cuben pepper associated with discreet touches of flowers, spices and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced, elegant and offers minerality, a good definition, a fine acid frame, a small freshness, straightness as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry, racy minerality and small notes of fleshy / juicy redcurrant combined with discreet touches of small black berries, cassis leaf / flowers as well as discreet touches of toasted oak, spices and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine, well-built, elegant, straight as well as very slightly firm. Good length. gourmandize and a very discreet chew on the finish. There are a very discreet touch of chocolate and caramelized almond on the aftertaste.
