On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry, racy minerality and small notes of fleshy / juicy redcurrant combined with discreet touches of small black berries, cassis leaf / flowers as well as discreet touches of toasted oak, spices and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine, well-built, elegant, straight as well as very slightly firm. Good length. gourmandize and a very discreet chew on the finish. There are a very discreet touch of chocolate and caramelized almond on the aftertaste.
