On the nose, fruity, fresh and offers elegance and a certain richness (in freshness). It reveals notes of quince, fresh lemon and more slightly fresh peach associated with touches of fresh tangerine, dried apricot as well as fine hints of zest, fruit paste, a touch of yuzu, lemon blossom. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, acidity, fat, roundness as well as a good definition, unctuousness/sweetness. The wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied quince and more lightly white peach in syrup associated with small touches of fresh apricot, zest as well as fine hints of lychee, fruit paste/pineapple in syrup, and a discreet touch of distinguished minerality. Good length and persistence. A very discreet hint of dried apricot on the finish.
