The nose is fruity, lively, elegant and offers a slight freshness. It reveals notes of candied lemon and hints of honey associated with a hint of exotic fruits, compoted white fruits as well as a very discreet hint of honey. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek and offers a beautiful structure, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful delicacy as well as a bright/crystalline side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, quince and slight hints of Williams pear, honey associated with a very discreet hints of candied clementine, slight hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of persimmon and a subtle hint of apple tree flowers on the finish. Good length and persistence with slight touches of candied lemon/mandarin.
