In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, quince and slight hints of Williams pear, honey associated with a very discreet hints of candied clementine, slight hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of persimmon and a subtle hint of apple tree flowers on the finish. Good length and persistence with slight touches of candied lemon/mandarin.
