The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers intensity and concentration. It reveals notes of vanilla, candied lemon and pineapple in syrup / roasted pineapple associated with touches of toasted oak, peach flowers, nuts, honey and discreet hints of almond / Brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, fine, quite precise and offers a nice density / richness, freshness, a good definition, a nice roundness, a fine unctuosity, a juicy frame, a fine acidity and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of vanilla, pear in syrup and candied lemon associated with touches of pineapple in syrup / roasted pineapple, quenette, a subtle touch of mandarin jam, quince as well as fine hints of honey, toasted oak and almond. Good length. A wine to keep ! (2021+)
