The nose is powerful, fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, blackberry and liquorice associated with fine touches of minerality (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acid frame, power, tension as well as a beautiful material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly crushed/ripe red berries associated with fine touches of liqurocie, spices as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate on the aftertaste. Tannins are slightly firm.
