On the nose, fruity, fresh and offers some depth as well as a nice refined texture and intensity. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, ripe wild blackcurrant and more lightly lilac, violet combined with small touches of fresh black berries, a subtle varietal hint and a discreet touch of camphor. On the palate, fruity, balanced, distinguished and offers minerality/mineral frame, a nice freshness, a certain roundness and a stretched side. The wine expresses juicy/fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and slightly fresh cherry notes combined with hints of fresh/crisp blackcurrant as well as fine wafts of fresh flowers and a discreet touch of fresh nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are finely marked.
