There are notes of fresh/sparkling blackcurrant, graphite, raspberry and slightly cherry combined with hints of lily, toast/toasted bread and discreet pepper. The palate is nicely fresh, elegant, delicate and offers a nice definition, concentration, precision, racy power, fine grain, thoroughness, nice volume, nice sapidity, nice complexity, tension, a touch of fresh flowers, a fine crispness, some density and a nice stretch. A nice complexity in the maturity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/overripe blackcurrant, blackberry and more slightly raspberry combined with touches of bright red berries, toast, lily/lilac, a subtle hint of vanilla as well as a discreet hint of saltiness and gunflint/graphite. Nice persistence. Very discreet hint of pepper and fresh sap/savory. The tannins are elegant, delicate and sapid. A nice sapidity!
