On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of small crushed berries, pulpy/bright violet plum as well as hints of caramelization, chocolate, toasted hazelnut, a subtle hint of toasted almond and green cardamom. Tannins are well-built, elegant and racy. Good length. Very fine hints of sugared mild tobacco on the persistence.  A beautiful wine, congrats!
