The nose reveals notes of black fruit associated with small notes of blackberry jam, crushed strawberry, raspberry and slight notes of licorice, oak and spices. The palate is fruity, relatively fleshy, complex, deep, well structured and offers a nice unctuous matter and a nice tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of blueberry, strawberry and slight notes of fig associated with a hint of licorice, spices (including Sichuan pepper) as well as a small note of tea and vanilla on the finish. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
