Château Soudars  2020 Haut-Médoc

On the nose, it is aromatic, elegant, complex, and also refined. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, violet, slight hint of wild berries associated with nice minerality, fresh flowers, and touch of white pepper. On the palate, fruity, well balanced, it offers juiciness, minerality, a tangy touch and also gourmandize, a good definition, a bit firm and stretched aside.  The wine express the notes of rip and juicy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and hint of fresh cherry associated crispy and crunchy raspberry, fresh flower and also nice minerality, a subtle touch of cinnamon. Good length. The tannins are finely creamy.
