The nose is fruity, juicy, beautifully racy and offers a beautiful finesse, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good freshness as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy / ripe berries, flowers (violet, lily), liquorice associated with a very fine hint of salinity, blueberry, toasted, chocolate as well as an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper, incense and coffee. The mouth is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a good definition, a beautiful harmony, a beautiful finesse of the grain, tension as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of small berries, hints of blueberry, licorice as well as slight hints of flowers, toasted, a very fine hint of chocolate and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. A very discreet chews on the finish. Tannins are elegant, racy and very slightly mellow. Beautiful length and persistence. There is a hint of bitter dark chocolate (pleasant!) on the finish / persistence.
