The nose is fruity, elegant and offers minerality, freshness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of fresh kumquat, fresh mandarin and small notes of crunchy nectarine associated with fine touches of fresh apple, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of flowers and a very discreet aniseed hint (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, an acidulous / juicy frame, a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful suavity, a fine fat, a fine salinity (in the background) as well as a beautiful texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy grapefruit, ripe / juicy lemon and small notes of tangerine associated with fine touches of juicy lychee, ripe / juicy green apple as well as slight hints of racy minerality. A very discreet almost tannic sensation in the background. Good length and good persistence. There is a very discreet hint of toasted almond on the persistence.
