On the palate this wine expresses notes crushed white fruits, fleshy peach and more slightly citrus associated with touches of grapefruit’s mesocarpe (white part), a subtle hint of zest, quenette, a very discreet hint of exotic fruits (in the background), a fine touches of toasted, caramelization as well as a small hint of salinity and a touch of almond/fresh nut. There are hints of vanilla and salinity on the aftertaste.
